General Pump does not manufacture nor do they sell nor do they warranty a TS2021B.

The industry has been misled for several years now about the TS2021B pump. It all started in Florida by a competitor. They were taking a T1011 - taking the label off of it and placeing their own label 'TS2021B' back on the pump. That pump is only rated for 1500 PSI by General Pump. (http://www.generalpump.com/PDFs/TSer47S-20-16.pdf . General Pump can be reached at 888-474-5487 should you have any doubts or should someone tell you a different story.

At one time I was so mad a General because they wouldn't or couldn't do anything about it we did the same thing for about 2 weeks. We sold 10 pumps and 4 of them failed within that 2 week span.

Be carefull. We only use Genuine TS2021 pumps. You can see our equipment at http://www.envirospec.com/pdfs/sale.pdf if you are in the market.

If not - consider this some good information to remember.

I talked to Terry Connett 2 days ago and he says they have not gotten the price or even a coil for it. He says it might be ok in Florida with the heat rise of our 70 plus degree water but it would not do well for all you snow birds.lol

I spoke with John at Pressure Pro this morning regarding the relabeling of T1011 pumps and was told that the TS2021B pump is a propietary pump made for Pressure Pro by General Pump and has full warranty coverage thrugh Pressure Pro. They are not bringing in T1011s and relabeling them.

Actually, the first comment out of his mouth when I asked was a very polite "bulls**t"...
