There seems to be a bit of confusion among some who have posted here. To be clear, the free soap incentive is for creating a Contractor Listing in the Contractor Referral section of the forum under Contractor Connection. Registering for the forum is just the first step.

You must complete your contractor listing to be entitled to the free soap offer. It is also a real good idea to be sure that you include your shipping address or e-mail it to us if you are not already registered with our online store. If we do not have your address, we have no way of shipping you free soap.

I use the term "soap" to refer to anything that is not stain. In this case your specific choice is HD-80, EFC-38 or Citralic Brightener Neutralizer.

For those who have properly completed their contractor listing, provided a shipping address and indicated their free product choice, your soap is on the way! That is unless of coarse, you have already received it. We do appreciate you taking the time to create a listing. It will certainly help.

No chem has come my way even though I was one of the first to respond. Please make sure to disclaim upfront next time that email or connecting to Suzie is way to go..umm, What is your email? or Suzies email?


ps- Email is not in your signature here at TGS or in your profile. Taking a TGS link to your homepage (Extreme site) I see no email addys under your contact page. Your contact and company info pages on your woodrich site have no email addys. Only email link I sluethed out is via a link on the very bottom saying "send us feedback". Does that goto you personally , or suzie, or some pr person in India..Seriously though, ya might want to think about offering email communication links on your sites if you suggest its use.. Am I mad, nah... just a tad frustrated.

Maybe the fact that Russell was FLOODED OUT OF HIS HOME FOR WEEKS and his internet was UNDERWATER could have contributed to some delays.

As far as "tracking down" Russell's email address has been the same forever - it is not hidden.

How do you know who has or who hasn't? Did you call everyone - that had to be harder than checking a profile for an email address. Or are you referring to yourself?

And, no, one should not assume that he worked out of his home but if you got floated out of your home and your entire town was underwater, wouldn't you like for decent folks to have SOME compassion for you trying to handle things? Heaven forbid your part of Cali crack off the US, fall off into the ocean and no one have any sympathy for you and yours.
