There is no TS4040. The 4 gpm, 4,000 psi General is a T9281, and it uses 16 mm pistons and packing kit 109.

Just got off the phone with GP...no such model in the system, past or present. It's probably a relabeled T9281 0r TS2021. How old is the pump and where did it come from? Have you ever rebuilt it? I'm more than happy to help, but we've got to figure out what you've got first. Pressure Washers & Chemicals 502-231-6506, 888-243-6506

It is E series by pressure pro belt drive pressure washer. We puchased 3 back in 2006. Went and looked again on pump and on the top was a lable that has GP T Series 47 then underneath that it has TS4040. This is a black lable with gold writing.

That is a Series 47, 20 mm piston pump labeled for / by Pressure Pro. The parts will fit. Kit 28 includes the brass, and takes 1 per cylinder. If you only need to repack, the kit 69 will do the whole pump (3 ea. lo psi seals, hi psi seals, restop rings)
