Off the job it's good but I've found that bright colors on the job attract bees. I use neutral gray shirts with black lettering. Anyone else have trouble with bright colors?

Yeah for hood cleaning it is a terrible way to go. we have to wear navy blue or black, also long sleves due to chems as well.

Why would I want a shirt that has somebody else's name on it? Or am I just reading this wrong?

Making your crews recognizable is important, but I would suggest wearing your own company brand. Shirts with your own company name and logo add professionalism to your image. Personally, I keep vendor wear for around the house and such.
