What do you think of this? - Jan 11th, 07, 06:31 PM

I am thinking about distributing Sonin moisture meters on my site but still haven't finalized which models to carry.

Sonin has a new 4-in-1 model that looks very interesting. Its is a voltage sensor, stud finder, metal sensor and moisture meter. Its very inexpensive at like $29.99. Would you consider this too much of a homeowner grade product to use professionally? As a homeowner is this something you would like to have in your toolbox?

If anyone has any horror stories with this company, I'd like to hear.

Compared to a Delmhorst-"J" lite moisture meter for $125.00, I'd be skeptical. But who knows...technology these days is advancing so fast.
I think I would have to try it out before buying it. I could use some of the features just for around the house projects.

If you dont already have all those things than that sounds like a good deal. I personally still do not have a moisture sensor but would definately pay that much and a little more for one that works well.
