Hello Seymore,
Just been busy reading and learning during the short freeze we had. I still want to go and learn from you but it will be a while as I am slowly getting more work and working on my new Yellow Pages ad for 2005. I finally got a digital camera so I can take a lot of pictures without worrying about developing costs. I can see what I want to develop and then save them on the same memory card, save them to disk, cd and have them developed at Sam's Club for 17 to 20 cents each. I am reading a lot of books on selling as I have no sales skills at all. Talk to you later.

I are an Aggie in Houston - May 21st, 05, 09:01 PM

New to the biz. Just spending a few days reading every post and taking notes. I'm in the commercial janitorial industry but branching into the EASY money...

I'm in the Jersey Village area. I'm actually willing to work on a few jobs for free to learn more about the roof cleaning side. I have been doing wood decks, pool decks, siding and concrete.

No easy Money - May 21st, 05, 11:57 PM

No kidding. Man I have gotten soaked from head to toe for hours on end. My finger tips have been tingling for days. I have no idea how some dirt from these concrete surfaces gets through my pants and shirt... Its been fun.

It does beat a boss telling you your only as good as what you did 15 min. ago, or not nowing if you have a job day by day...

We are up here in the Lake Conroe area above Houston. We've been in the residential market for a few years, just started a new company doing mostly commercial work. I'm a frequent visitor to this site but seldom make any comments. I've found answers to many questions here and some of the marketing ideas have been a great help.
So far we've found NO EASY MONEY, but TEXAS IS the center of the universe.

I have to agree with Mike that there is no easy money in this business, but I will admit that it is much better going month to month with my own biz rather then doing it for "The man". Also being from the "Live Music Capitol of the World" and home of South By Southwest multi- media conference (Austin), that Texas just might be the center of the universe. But for the love of a good woman...... Georgia on my mind!!!!!!!
I'll be home someday.

HEY YA'LL
I'M IN THE MEDICAL CENTER, AND A FEW OTHER INDUSTRIAL LOCATIONS HERE IN HOUSTON TEXAS. WE USE OR OWN FORMULA THAT DOSENT REQUIRE HIGH PRESSURE OR BRUSHING TO REMOVE BLACK MOLD, ALGAE AND VARIOUS MILDEWS. THIS FORMULA IS UNIQUE THAT, THE MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER ENDORSES OR PRODUCT. I'VE READ WERE SOME OF YOU HAVE A HARD TIME WITH ARTILLARY FUNGUS OR SHOTGUN ALGAE, WHERE CAN I FIND THIS CRITTER!! AROUND HERE, OR SOMTHING SIMILAR SO WE CAN HAVE IT OUT.

IT'S AN OXIDIZING AGENT, NOT LISTED AS A HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE AND ALL COMPONENTS OF THIS MIXTURE ARE LISTED ON THE TSCA CHEMICAL INVENTORY.
WE'VE HAD GREAT SUCCESS, ROOF WORK IS A BLAST, STONE AROUND LANDSCAPING IS HARD TO CLEAN WITH PRESSURE, NOT WITH THIS FORMULA, SPRAY IT ON AND WATCH THE MOLD, MILDEW OR ALGE VANISH RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES. YES YOU HAVE TO RINSE AROUND THE LANDSCAPING, BUT NOT AS IF YOU WERE USING BLEACH OR CLORINE. THIS FORMULA COMES WITH A GURANTEE!!, I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY OTHER PRODUCT WITH A GURANTEE LIKE THIS ONE.

OK I GOTTA SKOOT MAYBE I'LL HER FROM YA'LL.

Hello Richard,
I am interested in this product. Please let me know where to purchase it or who sells it. I am down here in Corpus Christi. I might be going up there in a week or two. Any luck with other chemicals that you purchased in Houston? I am always looking for some great chemicals that do what they promise. Please let me know by PM or email or call or let me know when is a good time to call and I will call you. Thanks for any help.
