Did you do all those fences in rockcreek, i meant to ask you last summer and forgot and then I was washing a house on Wednsday in all that rain and the thought occured to me through the soggyness, just wondering.

I sure did notice the sprinkler effect, have you pointed it out to the powers that be, it could be fixed quite simply, or don't they care?
