Sounds great. I'm such a rookie and looking forward to learning more about the business, and meeting some of these fine people. I have marked my calendar and hope I will be able to attend.

Bethm how far are you guys from Glen Burnie... I just know about where the area is and it would give me an idea for travel time.

It takes me 3.5 hrs from Scranton/W.Barre area to get to Winchester and that's pedal to the metal down I81.

I often travel between Syracuse and Winchester and I do that in about 6 hrs, depending on the variables. I'm about an hour and a half west of Beth and Rod's area. I'd imagine your talking around 5 coming out of Milford and picking up I84 (i think) out of Harrisburg towards Glen Burnie/Germantown, MD.

The meeting will be held at La Mexicana. For those of you who have been to The Hard Times Cafe in Germantown, it is just a few doors down.

Date: Feb. 12th. 2005
Time 1pm till ???
Location : La Mexicana
Address: 13016 Middlebrook Road, Germantown, MD 20874 (in the Germantown Common Shopping Center)

This is a small, quiet, nice restaurant where we will all be able to hear ourselves think. We will have the main dining area by the fireplace. There wil be a buffet lunch. I'll have the cost as soon as the menu is set, and will post it here. When we say this is small, we will have about 75% of the restaurant to ourselves.

I would like to encourage items for the meeting agenda. Please post some suggestions here. We are working on getting other vendors to drive in for this event. We'll keep you posted.

If we decide to play pool after the meeting is over, we are a few doors down from The Hard Times Cafe & Cue.

Volunteers are needed to help contact people to let them know about the meeting. A fax form will be provided with meeting information to those volunteers who are making calls and following up via fax or email. If you are planning to attend this meeting, we encourage you to contact other companies in your area to share information with them about this event. Let's make this meeting one to remember.
