Celeste has been working with Law enforcement in Nc & SC for training of PWNC contractors to teacch identification in order to help with gang activity. There are plenty of opportunities to help with graffiti removal and pressurew washers are the ones to do it.

As far as Minneapolis graffiti is concerned, the City's public works dept. does all public areas and buildings. No contracts for cleaning. Private property owners are required by ordinance to remove the graffiti within 3 days from the day its reported. There's plenty of reputable PW companies in the area that handle graffiti, including myself, but the problem is minuscule compared to other large metropolitan areas. I'd do it for free just for the press, but I don't see the widespread graffiti you're referring to. We handle a fair amount of graffiti throughout the year, but it hasn't increased in volume on our end. Maybe it will now.
