graffiti removal

Hello forum friends I am looking to extend my services to graffiti removal. This is all really new to me and would love some feed back from the forum on how to start out. I certainly have a good client base for Painting and powerwashing but enhancing my services would be great to my pockets$. lol

Taginator and Tagaway work great for me. It costs about $15 a quart and each quart covers about a 6x4 area.I have tried Sodium Hydroxide and Motsenbocker 3. The M3 works on pen and ink on playground equipment and plastic surfaces. The Tagaway has a pretty toxic overspray so I recomend safety glasses and a mask of some sort. They put a good smell in the formula, but don't be fooled - it is some tough stuff. I will post some pics.
