graffitti removal - Sep 5th, 03, 10:16 AM

Has anyone found any new products out there that remove graffitti from brickwork without leaving any shadows?

Henry

Hey Henry,
Not to get off topic, but congrats on your daughter's achievement! Saw the write up in the flyer that came home from school today. You should post a pic of her doing her routine!

Way to go Alyssa!

I was delivering a Christmas gift to a flatwork customer Burlington coat factory and noticed graffiti srayed on a painted cinder block wall. It has been there less than a week. The area is about 2x4. Any suggestions without harming cinder block paint or would it be easier just to paint over?

Contact Bob at PressureTek...he has access to a stripper that works great. I used it on some brick....rolled it on with a paint roller and rinsed. Removed the "art work" on the wall in minutes.

Goof Off. You can purchase at almost any hardware store. Good stuff and will not discolor. It comes in spray bottle, spray can or straight liquid. We use the spray bottle. Fairly inexpensive and works good. We spray on and rinse off at maybe 200psi at about 12". We have used it on just about everything.

What ever you use, you need to protect the wall from it happening again. It will get tagged every week if you dont.
