ACR Groupies: Dis is what I neeeeddd!

Lookin' forward to meeting everyone. While this will be my first Cleaning roundtable, I have been to dozens of workshops, gatherings, roundtables. etc. Someone in that 100 post thread wrote of having a plan and being a tad forward to reap full reward from this ACR blast next weekend. So true.

So, this is what I hope to accomplish.

1. I've enjoyed chattin with y'all for a couple years now and it'll be a pleasure to meet ya and put a face on the signature. Please introduce yourself. I'll be the guy with the sharp haircut.

2. 2007 will be a growth year. I will get out of the bucket or remove a toe or two in self flagalation. I have some HR plans, tools, and experience. I would like to learn how people are getting and holding good employees. But there's more.... I don't want to supervise. I know this because I've been a supervisor. It's the worst job in the world. I want to give people incentive to be superstars. If you're doing this, please tell me how.

3. I think awning clean could be a pretty good profit center for me. If you are doing this, and would be willing to mentor me, let me know.

4. Ich bin ein marketer. Can't get enough. Am particularily (sp?) interested in internet stuff.

I do have some vvverryy innterresstinggs thinnggss to trade, heh, heh, heh.

Client retention, programmed management systems, cash-flow spreadsheets, and a couple marketing gems that require an oath and involve blood letting for loose lips.

So, if ya got it, give it up!

Bill, we'll have to watch each others backs up there...that's what we do when we venture north of the mason dixon. You got the coast representin', Rog and Celeste pickin' up the central, and me in the mountains. NC's a great state to be in this business. Sure the event will be informative, but i'm most interested in the local microbrew picks!
