Are there many members here from Indiana, or close by? Check in! Maybe we could all get together sometime?

John, I would be more then happy to send about 12 or more inches your way... only one problem though, temps are climbing to the High 40's now and we have 2 feet of snow melting with no where to go. So we go from record setting 24 hour snow fall one week, to flooding and more rain coming this week.... I'm moving to michigan..... oh wait, dont you guys get about 1,000 inches of snow every winter? Guess I better get out my water boots and make due!

Is winter over yet?

Hey Mike, it was kinda odd you got all the snow this time. I'm 2 hours North of you in Plymouth. Let's get together sometime.

Hey Barry, we should get together sometime. I am actually 40 minutes south of Indy, but the drive would not be far. I think theres a few more guys from Indiana on here as well, sure would be nice to get everyone together and talk shop over some cold drinks.

I have a small group of local guys that I talk to on a regular basis. We share tips and tricks, as well as work for each other when needed to cover sickness, and vacations. Always nice to know where you can find an extra machine if you get in a bind. This group has nothing to do with the PWNA, as most of them do not believe in it. Do not let PWNA stand in the way of networking with local guys outside the Org. It is better to network that way than not at all.

All networking is beneficial. Regardless of if you attend a PWNA function or just hold a round table meeting, there is much to learn, and learning and sharing together helps us all to become better professionals thereby helping to ensure our success. This BBS, The Grime Scene, is just one of many avenues to help you gather information and to learn in that same spirit.

Yes we should, Indianapolis is a good meeting ground, in the middle of the state, we should find a few others and all get together for a bite to eat. Maybe we could start a regular scheduled get together for hoosier and nearby power washers.
