December 6th conference call notes -

On December 6th, the committee to form a new organization for our industry met via conference call for the first time. The call lasted two and a half hours, and the basics of what must be done first were discussed. A punch list was made of action items that will be addressed by the committee after the first of the year. Some of these basics include:- define the mission of the organization
- name the organization
- fill out the necessary paperwork for the organization
- create the by-laws for the organization
More information will be posted as it becomes available and tasks are completed. These are just the beginning steps, and this will take time. We welcome your ideas and suggestions.
