I think it is a good thing, it needed to happen, and I wish him the best.
Now then, how will that effect what we want to accomplish? Do we offer to help since they are down no less than 3 (it may be 4) BOD members right now? We have to wait to see whats going to happen to the PWNA cause of this. EA and Mike Beaudry have pumped and dumped just about all they could have from the org so with that being said we need Mike Beaudry to resign also. If that happens then a few of us myself including can reach out to Robert Hindelighter and the leaders to be-- so if we can absorb 2 orgs in one shot and then start from there..I think that has an outside shot ...and for that to happen and to take that one step further if we dont want to use the PWNA or the UAMCC name we might be able to start a new name with not to much repercussions. For me the PWNA and the UAMCC names both work...
Maybe we can get back into the PWNA and give it a fast fix then let the UAMCC merge with it. Just another avenue to explore--John T PWNA/UAMCC Member Clean County Powerwashing/Clean Up America of NY http://www.cleancounty.com/ http://cleanupamericaofny.com Long Island NY 11754 631-544-4971 |

Can someone purchase a non-prof? If one had the capital to negotiate/buy out the management contract and make the PWNA square could they then basically initiate what I guess would be a hostile take over? I don't literally mean hostile but get in there, clean house and start fresh?

Honestly from a business stand point, the question that we all might want to look at has to do with financials. If this org has a debt issue is it a worthwhile cause to try to fix or even like John said merge? My personal feeling is that the namesake of this org has diminished over the last couple years. Has too many bridges been burned? Will the previous members want to become members again? Sorry for all the questions but when I look at all them together it kind of makes my mind up.

All very valid points. I am just waiting to see what the official response is from PWNA.
