Those are right around the corner. We are looking at the fee structure at many different angles. From the discussions we had with contractors there are many views or positions as to what contractos want to see as it relates to a fee.

Of course the benefits or type of benefits could also influence the membership fees that are being considered. We are walking through this carefully. Contacts are being made to industries that service us ~ meaning contractors ~ to see, if any, benefits can be added to an existing list that we will be announcing very soon.

I'm grateful for the well-wishes I've been getting from so many good people out there, and I hope to earn the continued positive regard of this community.

As always, my phone, email, or whatever are always open for any questions, comments, or concerns anybody would like to share. I'm hoping that participation in this challenging time will be so easy for everybody, and so widespread, that the team can get the UAMCC into the hands of the contractors sooner rather than later.

Let's see what we can do with this, this is an opportunity and a challenge that seldom comes along: The chance to shape an organization to fit your industry.

I hope that my role to play in meeting this challenge will be a positive one, that leads to others getting more involved in helping us as contractors in an exciting, lucrative, satisfying industry.

How's it working out in MB? Have you recovered from the winter homesickness? I'm sure it is awful to have to endure so many months of great weather in a row!

I'm looking forward to Jeff's RT, it will be great to meet the guys there I only know online (if at all) and to see the folks I know, again. I love talking shop with people that know the industry.

I'm assuming you are going to be there, am I right?
