UAMCC - is it time? - Oct 6th, 08, 08:12 AM

For some time now, I think people have been sitting back and watching....many knew at least part of the history surrounding another org, and were skeptical that UAMCC could rise from the ashes and take a breath of life for us all....but, it has.

The energy of the UAMCC transition team and their focus is beautiful. The way they handle "situations" is to be commended. The clear focus and forward thinking leadership is a breath of fresh air. The objectives are for the contractors on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Likewise on Saturday and Sunday. All that is communicated is business. There is a refreshing lack of political BS that has surrounded the industry in the past with regards to another org.

Why am I telling you all this? Well, I suppose that over time as I too have watched I have reached a point where I am excited enough to feel compelled to share how I feel and what I think. I would join today if they began to accept membership applications.

If you get a chance to speak to any one of the TT members or to hear them in front of an audience at a RT, I think you will find what you hear to be timely and on point.

Just wanted to put this out there. The UAMCC TT deserves a pat on the back for what they have accomplished so far, and also our support for what they are undertaking.

Beth

Thank you Beth. There was a day that I had hoped to hear these words from you and reading them on a Monday just made my entire week...no....my entire month. Thank you again.

It is all Carlos' fault, or, err, anyway, it is all because of Carlos...

I think not but undersand the sentiment Scott. It is because of the entire Transitions Team input and contribution.

Also, I am plugging Rob H. again because the fundraising that he has took one will also fit in real nice with the overall dollar strategy of the UAMCC.

Everybody in the industry has part in this....whether they know it or not!!!

Ron M....great catching up with you over the weekend and thanks for the support......
