Big fleets - Apr 8th, 07, 09:30 PM

Looking for some ideas. My main account is so big that I'm married to it. While this in & of itself isn't a bad thing I would like to maximize it so I can move on to other things. Trucks & trailers constantly coming & going at all times of night & day. Thought about setting up a permanantly manned wash but that brings up a whole set of problems in itself. The way I'm doing it is satisfactory to them but not to me. Anyone have a similiar problem?

Greg, you have a valid concern. I have a friend that was in a similar situation as you. He lost his main gravy account and has struggled ever since, living check-to-check. However, you haven't given us any details: What type of equipment do you have? What are its capabilities? What kind of time are we talking about that you spend there? What days? How long does it take you to wash each piece? Is there some way you can reduce that? Is water/water access a problem? There are probably 50 other questions that we could ask but without a whole lot of details or information, we can't help you out a whole lot....

I totally agree with Biodude again. This guy seems to really know what he is talking about. Be glad to help as well if I can Greg. Just let me know as well.
