leaky gun again - Jul 2nd, 07, 06:15 PM

Just exchanged some ceramic into my guns because I 2step. Replaced with the proper size and both guns are leaking. 1st gun leaks out the end when idling and gushes out at the trigger/piston when I have the high/low on low. Just got in and didn't have time to look at either. 2nd gun only leaks out the end of the lance when idling. Is there a trick to seating the ceramics or did I lose a gasket or sumtin?

The seat that the ceramic ball is sitting against has an o ring around its circumference. There should also be an o ring and a teflon ring deep in the bore to seal the push rod.

Or maybe the pitted steel ball beat imperfections in the seating surface...?
