800 trucks need advice about reclaiming! - Apr 28th, 08, 05:05 AM

ok. Got a job for 800 trucks. 20 to 30 refri trailers a day at 30 bucks a trailer. I have a 525 gallon water tank but no recovery system. 5 gpm at 3,000 psi unit. I never used recovery systems before. Do any of you know what I need to buy. Sure I have researched the heck out of this an still find small units or no pricing without being on the phone all day. I need some advice on what system to get and what system is arge enough to handle this much water. Where do I put the waist water when I am done with it? Do I have to filter it. How much do you think I'll be spending? links r good if the have more info then pics and a number to call.
Thanks

Before anyone or any company uses scare tactics to sell you what you really do not need, is way overkill, and is extremely ever-priced, do a little more searching on the boards here, PWI, and PTState.

There are so many ways to be legal and compliant without being scared into selling you something that you really do not need.

Look around another day or so, if you do not find enough clues, pm me or send me an email or give me a call after 7pm central time.

Sounds like a nice unit. I like the capability of being gas powered so you don't have to rely on customers outlets or a generator for power. Good Luck!

If the lot has drains on site you would be better suited to make an insert that fits in the drain and use a sump pump to pump it into a holding tank for treatment and disposal in the sanitary sewer.
