Ryder is quite particular about their wash vendors, Penske too and recovery is required for them. I had to fill out about 20 pages of documents, have tons of insurance, and they also want a special pollution liability policy. The paper work was a pain but once you are an approved vendor you will have some protection because it is a long and confusing process filling out the forms. Your best bet is to find out who the areas enviromental guy is for them and see if you can submit a bid. Good luck, let me know if you need help with the paperwork.

The recollection will vary based on area bur for ryder they want the water sucked up and hauled off and treated or disposed of properly. They require paperwork for this as well as what is done with the solids, dirt, gravel, wood parts etc... If you have a shop you can get a letter from the POTW or if it is septic from the Hauler. Also check with your state wht the requirements are for hauling the waste water. For example in Illinois you need o be a lic.waste hauler where in Wis. it is not regulated. Your best bet is to call your local DNR office and Public Owned Treatment Works (POTW) and they can steer you in the right direction. In the mean time I will see what I can come up with and get back to you, It may take a few days.

IF you get everything you need to actually be in full EPA compliance, it will likely cost you more than your pressure washer did...

and I mean more than your skid mount, not your cold water portable.

Even the basic equipment to recover and meet Ryder guidelines might cost you a couple of thou$and dollar$. Maybe someone who already does it for them might add something about this.
