washing between parked trailers - Dec 12th, 06, 11:25 PM

i clean a large fleet of trailers that are parked approx. 4 feet apart. does anyone have any tips on how to clean them .

i am constantly leaving marks from where i missed washing them (vertical lines) i am currently using a basic wand spraying at a slight angle ??? any suggestions???

soap & rinse only (no brushing)

Work backwards and try to overlap a little. Also use a 15 Degree tip it will help to reduce you cutmarks.

Use a 72" wand, that will let you reach the high spots.

As close as you are, you will still ge tthe cut marks. Unless you want to wash an area a bit aways from the tip of the wand, then it will cut down on the cut marks.

Are they winter parking them for you yet? We get that when the weather gets bad. They put them about 6-12" apart so the snow drifts don't build up between them.

what i do is apply my prewash evenly down one side when i get to the end i swiych to soap run the top all the way back to the front then i walk back and finish the rest of it.make sure your tip is spraying evenly.the key is in the rinse.also let the soap do the work.hope this helps.
