Looked at an ad from bioclean systems on this site and was wondering if anyone had experience with them. I e-mailed to see if they sold their chemicals to the public w/o getting into their franchise and of course got a no. I, of course, wouldn't get into a franchise but wanted to know more. The pictures always look great but isn't that what photoshop is for!! As always, looking for an alternative to the HF.

They use HF. It is a two step system. Spray the acid, spray the Alkali and rinse. It does work really well.

Let's just say that's what I figured. Thanks for your knoweledge Scott, it truly seems there is no other way, otherwise people would be using the same basic formula coast to coast. As a newbie I can't help but look around but the longer I look the shorter the answer...any serious alternatives pipe in please!!! I currently two step and it's great but does not remove everthing, at least where I'm at, bugs and grease do remain. I don't know if it's the region but what really gets me is I can do one and it is super dirty the next week. I guess my trucks just run hard...stinks cause I only get one to soap & blow 1-2/ in 5.

Hey Greg. You mentioned your hesitation with the franchise, and given the reputation that is associated with that word I can see why you'd be hesitant. That's why it is called a licensed operator. But essentially what it is is a small fee to cover the initial cost of the wash hose and gun with no monthly fees associated with it. In many cases that alone can be adapted to your existing wash pump (5GPM or greater). The licensed operator would be responsible to purchase the washing chemicals from Bioclean but instead of these being extravagantly priced, are actually at wholesale prices. The system is very unique, and because of that measures have to be taken to protect it from those that try to copy it. There is a lease agreement and confidentiality agreement asociated with it which protects Bioclean from efforts to copy the system and product formulations. There is no recurring monthly fee associated with it either, so again a persons cost would just be the cost of hose and gun along with chemical that you have to buy anyway, no matter how you apply it. In addition, this licensed operator would be in control of his own territory, without having to worry about having to compete with another licensed operator that is using the same system. As you progress in quantity of washing accounts, a person can upgrade to the specially built wash truck, which allows three people to wash with hot water at the same time, all two stepping being controlled at each wash gun, with the capability of reclaiming if need be. I apologize for being a little wordy, but hopefully that answers a few of the questions you had....
