I HAVE A bid but it seems like when this building back in the day had a well it left these marks I just dont want to throw something on it and end up leaveing a light mark any thoughts???

Yep, it looks like sprinklers. I can't tell if its rust or mildew. Chlorine and light pressure if its mildew and oxalic acid and a rinse if its rust.

thanks guys! ill try the one... with low pressure the gas station use to be on a well but the city went in and placed sewer etc so now they have city water, ill try and if it doesnt work ill yell at one of you lol....
