I'm wanting to do more commercial work because residential so slow for me now, but don't have much exp. at cleaning this black stuff (stucco & surrounding cement) I guess. I would really appreciate any expert help. I currently have 3800psi @ 4gpm cold water, but getting "complete roof cleaning kit" from Pressure Tek. What do I use and how's it done well?? Thanks-Keith
