Being well rounded

I am in the process of restoring a ladies deck and just talking to here she was mentioning that she needed a new garage and i told her i would build her one. Well, she can see daylight from the inside and i told her she just needs new siding, the siding is a plywood with a thin cedar layer on it that has rotted through in spots. So i will be doing siding on her garage for her. Gotta love that. So i told her if she needs any type of handy man work that i will do it for her at prices that are VERY fair. Plus she is going to have me re-deck her 10x30 dock and seal it, before the new decking is put on of course.
