Here is a big roof Job I am in the middle of - Nov 23rd, 06, 03:47 PM

So along with painting and trying to start out in pressure washing and deck staining - I try to get at least one roof job a year. I would really love like 3 roofs in the fall and 3 in the spring. So I don't have to compete with these other d#ck lowballing painting scumbags! I got underbid this fall by a painting crew. After they had done a lousy job of scraping {with putty knives} and spot priming - I noticed the house was still filled with mildew in between the spot priming, which they painted right over. I did see a pressure washer on the job - but I guess it just made a guest appearance or something. Mind you - I was happy to get this roof job when I did.
