Building Wash - May 20th, 07, 12:17 AM

Here are a few pics of a job I did last week. This is the largest building I have done so far. Had my son with me on this one. Forgot the camera the day we finished so these are all prior to cleaning.

Looks like a nice sized job Doug. Did you take any close-ups? Did you downstream or x-jet? How long did it take you and what does a job like that fetch? There are several nursing homes here that I plan to target when the concrete get's slow. Don't forget to get some after pictures.

The job took three days, two eight hours and one nine with my son and I both working. We hand brushed all the gutters with F-13 and they look great. Having the gutters back to white really sets off a building like this I think. I x-jetted everything. We used a 32' ladder to hit the dormers on the front. I did use some Safe Restore below an AC unit over the brick where the condensation drip was. Everything looked great except the stains on the porch landings. I'll get some pictures of the finished building. The job came in at a little under 4K.

Thanks Jeff. If I could do two or three jobs like that a month life would be a lot less stressful. I always enjoy getting my son out on a job with me too.
