I like it ron. Very good quality. However, at the end where you do the "reasons behind ProPowerwash success" the text cant be read either because its too small or too busy with the blue background.

So Ron, with including all the extra areas that many charge for in the original price, are you trying to raise the bar, or create an uproar when people see that?
I offer a few of those in my pricing as well. It makes people real happy.

See the offerings by Ron are full service and relate specifically to what is called a 'maintenance program' serviced on a routine basis. I like it. You don't have to wait for a call and you just go out and clean, send yer invoice and wait for payment (15 to 30 day).... Some customers into it and some not. Some want to just call on specific item type cleaning when they think they need it or more often then not when it is too late and things are already nasty for the facilities customers to see. Am not sure going with the program saves them money cause those that don't buy into it are simply not the type of folks that are gonna part with their money less they absolutely have to.-aka down troddened strips with slum lord type Property managements thinking they can get by with twice a year preasure washing...like oh brother run!
Other PM's of higher class establishments can't risk dealing with their high paying leasing customers calling all the time so surely they are the prime target for the full service program. Bet you got just as many accounts directly with the leasers too though right Ron?

thanks Alan, as you know nothing free. We do it becasue it needs to be done.

Yep customers love not having to worry any longer either or get bills not in t the budget. this way they are on target annually.

Yes, about 1100 monthly and about 20 on calls a week.

if you count the new contructions its more sometimes.

we have one center that we bill 5 different folks. the advantage in using us is we know the CAM wash time because we set it.

in this center the pizza, drug store and grocery all take extra services.

We have increased our customer base by about 300 more since nov.

I like how you have set yourself apart from your competition with the maintenance contract. I have used this type of arrangement many times and I actually prefer selling it over just a one time service. Although it is often a harder sell, it is very nice to have cheques coming throughout the slow winter months.

The key factor I stress is allowing the client a fixed budget for their service.

Now I clean stuff like garbage cans, signs etc regularly using the 10 ft rule. The clients love it and it makes me look good.

yes, i have a few versions. the video is the same in a few, some differnt ones on a private site and also on youtube.
