Nice Shane,

From a distance, that cedar shake roof almost looks like those tile roofs down in Florida.

Amazing how stain holds up when not exposed to UV and moisture. The underside looks like it was done yesterday.

Shane,

Man, that gazebo, rocks, foliage, and pool almost look like Tahiti or friggin' Fantasy Island!

Nice tie off but take care with extension ladders. Hate those things!

Thanks Beth

This one of my top backyards i've worked in!!

It's better than some of the mosquito, horsefly infested yards.I forgot to mention there was a 20" flatscreen to watch on my breaks

Shane, You get much slippery overspray on yer ladder? You had mentioned recently you took a spill off ladder if I recall correctly..
Ladder gets slippery and plastic tarps get slippery for me. I like the painters tarps and would go with them soley if they made sense during the pressure washing portion of a job....
Also, do you ever make small scaffold with dual ladders for this type job? (don't see that idea workin on this type job but for the one side though)

Well the ladder can get slippery if i'm spraying overhead or when i have stain on my shoes. Yep i did take a spill off a ladder a few yrs ago it didn't feel too good!

I never really made a scaffold yet out of 2 ladders i usually spray off of the extension ladder or try to reach what i'm spraying with the extension wands,

How did you get any work done in that setting? Weren't you tempted to float in the pool all day sipping drinks? Beautiful, but in a way, distracting. Hope you hung out for a little while at the end and basked in the beauty of it.

It was a tough job but somebody had to do it If i weren't rushing to get finished and start another job i would have set up shop in the double chase lounger!

Phone goes to the bottom of the pool on the first ring...and Shane pops open another cold brew...
