Hey all, this is how I do biz.

I ran one of those for almost 4 years before I got my Suburban. Very efficiant truck. I don't get near the gas mileage out of the burb as I did w/ the ranger. I would get almost 400 miles out of a tank of fuel. I wish I could get that out of the burb, but it is worth it to have all the extra horses (454) to pull the rig. Plus I can actually pass people now. but fuel is where the sacrifice is. Nice outfit Dane.

thanks, I agree the gas mil its good. Once I get my new unit and tank then I'll need somthing bigger.

If it works go for it. Big units and big trucks = Big money! LOL We started our business with an old van, then S-10, now three trucks, three trailers, etc. The cost for gas alone today is more then truck payments 10 yrs. ago! LOL

All my equipment is payed for. Payed cash for the Truck too. 2001 v6 3.0 long bed. I don't like barrowing money.

Dane - with some creative welding - to get more storage out of your bed - you could probably do 150k of business by yourself before needing anything bigger. You already have another seat for a helper - you're all set.

actually I was thinking about converting it into a flat bed. Then yeah I would use it for a while.

Hey man, I am advertised for all of onlsow. All my work is Swansboro, Jax, Richalands, and EI. I have one YP add for Onlsow. This April I will have one in the Carterett county book in which case I will be adding Morehead City, Beaufort, Havlock and New Bern areas. I'm kinda starting to move towards Wilmington a little too.

I do residential homes and decks. I used to do some window cleaing, still some trickles in here and there but its not my favorite work.
