Looks great, Steven. Have you had any luck with commercial pressure washing in Orlando yet? We have a Chick-Fil-A account that's great to do. They have them done often and they're closed on Sundays, which makes it a breeze. Check out the one in Celebration if you're interested. I don't know if you have it or not, but you'll need hot water for that kind of work.

I'm making good progress with a couple of commercial places in the area, just waiting on the go ahead - still waiting on an answer from condo complex and have a reasonably large bid in with the county.

Trying to find a bit of a niche, but I need to wait and see how a couple of upcoming jobs go...

also need to follow-up with a number of fast food chains, put bids in and waiting on approval to do demos!

I've not knocked on the Celebration Chick-Fil-A door yet, I'll put it on the list!!

I got a 9gpm 3000psi hot water HydroTek - I love this machine!!!

Been really busy over the last couple of weeks - bit of residential, a few bids, cold calls - loving every minute of it and I'm looking forward to getting busier.

Don, do you know anywhere local that I can pick up nozzles and other miscellaneous items for pressure washing? I've heard of All Pressure Washers in Casselberry, but haven't had a chance to stop by them yet.

The owner was really happy - there could be more work from him! I enjoyed cleaning this sign, it needed a fair bit of brushing but came good in the end!
