Just wondering what "Ever Clean" treatment is and what it consists of. If it's a secret that's ok. Nice pictures none the less!!

Thanks for the kind comments. To answer your question.

The Ever-Clean treatment is a proprietary anti-fungal and anti-algae formulation we apply to the roof to keep the algae from returning over time. We apply it annually.

Not trying to be a smart alec, but if you have to apply it annually what is the reasoning behind "ever-clean" rather than just a treatment spraying of the mix we use? You know, a scaled down version to just kill the spores. Proprietary or not, if it has to be done once a year, it's not any better than just the basic cleaning mix. Speaking of which, I've started selling the option of treatment spraying, especially to those who have considerable moss issues.

You are not being a "smart alec". To clarify.

I don't know exactly what you choose to use to clean or treat as an antifungal (blue-green algae and black G-M actually are types of fungus)

Our options are clean annually OR clean once and then treat once a year and the roof is 4 "Ever-Clean"....

Our version of "Ever-Clean", its mixture, is similar to others, just our brand, we have some additives that we feel do a better job than other mixes, but our opinion is subjective and biased as it is OUR mixture.

And actually we use a different name now which we are trademark protecting, just for the reason you are suggesting.

For Roof Clean USA, its ALL about the customers end user experience. We want to give options that are of benefit.

We care about each and every property owner and sincerely want the very best for them and to perform at our best to provide and adhere to these expectations.

The bottom line is the algae doesn't come back on the homeowners roof, our marketing and yours are similar it seems.

Our goal is to safely clean all types of roof surfaces that breed algae and moss, mildew and lichen, and clean these surfaces using the latest technology presently available.

Once we have worked hard for our customer and earned their trust and respect, naturally we want to keep that customer so we aim to retain a customer under our annual agreement.

I hope this explains generally how our "Ever-Clean" concept works.
