My rig, for what ever it is worth (Band width alert) - Sep 2nd, 06, 10:28 PM

Someone asked me a long time ago to post pictures of one of my rigs. This is the one that has been getting the majority of my use. Each machine has about 130 hours on it in the past month. The machines are new. The trailer is 6 years old, but has been rebuilt, multiple times.

I will try to get them all on one post.

Nice Rig. It looks like its set-up to knock out the jobs as fast as possible. Fast question how much garden hose do you have on that large real in the back??

I carry 700' of PW hose in my trailer but only about 175' of garden hose. I'm thinking I should have more then that with the garden hose.

Nice setup. Is the big carpet cleaning hose reel for reclaim hose?

Nice looking truck too. What kind of diesel is in it?

I prefer the really nice clean looking set-ups that look like they've never been used Yours looks like it's been working twelve hour days for the last decade or something

That reel holds 300 feet of hose. I am getting ready to replace it with a continuous run of 300 feet so that there are no connectors in line. That will cut down on cut hands from hose clamps, and leaks.

As for knocking out jobs, that is the key. Get in, get done, and get out.

That is exactly right. I carry the generator and the vacuum in the bed of the truck when it is needed. It is an '06 so it is a 6.0. I still have a 7.3 in my old work truck. It is a 2000, but after 180,000 perfect and trouble free miles, I wanted a new one, so I bought one.

It has a few 12 hour days on it, a few 18 hour days on it, and a few 24 hour dayt. I anticipate at least one 24 hour day in the near future. Just so you know, that is what a money maker looks like. A repaint is due, and I should have when I put the new machines on it, but I did not have time. I had 4 parking garages scheduled when I threw them on. I am pretty sure that this trailer has at least 150k miles on it.
