I haven't taken pictures of the final product yet, that's why the gutters and curbing look dirty.

This is a picture of the entrance for the association next door. It was pressure cleaned 11 days ago today.

No I won't. I've made several attempts by leaving voicemails for the property manager and I've also left business cards at the gate house for the HOA president. No one has made any attempts at trying to contact me.
My assumption is that the pressure cleaning is being done by the management company (inhouse).

The truth is that the president of the association, one that we just cleaned, has told me personal stories of their neighbors and their president. I highly doubt that they will be a client of mine.

No brightner. SH+H20+soap. The rest was pressure.

Hard to believe that some people think that because it's better than nothing, that it's good enough. I'll pass on those clients. Sometimes the best job is not getting the job. Looks like thats the case in point.

It was probably done by a "professional" unless they (HOA) went out and bought a surface cleaner. Someone needs to adjust those nozles or tell the guy to slow down, or to use chemical or to use hot water.. better yet, they need to get the heck out of this business and stop giving us a bad name. Or change the seal and/or valve kits in the pump. No matter what, I think that he should quit!

I know this will be an extremely dumb question, but you said you used SH+H20+SOAP. The H20 is a chem or is it the water h2O. Never mind just realized you cannot make a small 2. Duh.
