Gwinette county Ga. - Nov 14th, 07, 12:14 AM

Thanks to Philip Doolittle for this update.

More drought restrictions coming today - November 13th, 2007

According to 11Alive, a variety of new water saving measures are expected to be put into place today. They include (edited):

Gwinnett County
* Ban on commercial pressure washing.
* Ban on car washing that doesn’t use recycled water.

Sandy Springs
* Possibly tougher outdoor watering rules, including banning commercial pressure washing and car washing.

Please note that none of these new regulations are in effect yet, but will be considered today.

Is there any possibility that pressure washers that recycle water would not be banned? Very few of us reclaim and recycle all water and I feel that this advantage that we have should be rewarded by not being banned. I re-use my recycled water which is actually cleaner than drinking water .5 micron.

Rob,
Its 23 degree's this morning ...way to cold to wash.
Maybe on one of these cold mornings we could sit over a cup of coffee at a waffle house and talk about your last post a little bit.
This is a open invitation for any one else of our local PW contractors as well!!

I think we have enough people to put together something.
Since most of you are from the south side, how about this Thursday morning in Mcdonough at a waffle house near the interstate somewhere?
If anyone knows a paticular one thats easy to find...suggust it and we will make it happen!!
Keep tabs on this post to make sure we are on all the same page
Lookiing forward to meeting some of you guys!!

Just wanted to say thanks to Willie and Doug for taking out time to visit awhile.
If you would like we could set up another one maybe at a different location so others could come.
We could meet somewhere beside waffle house.....but their pecan waffles are hard to beat!!!
