We closed on one house yesterday but yet to have an offer on the other. We were planning on letting our daughter finish the school year here any how so I haven't hit the panic button yet.

School gets out May the 26th so in a perfect world we will have already closed on the other house and when my daughter gets out of school we will head North.

Unfortunatley that is going to put me way behind with trying to get some business when people have spring cleaning in mind. I am going to have to hit the ground running and try to capture some commercial accounts.

Look forward to meeting you and Rod both, once we get settled my wife and I will come to German Town and take you folks out to dinner.

By the way anybody want to buy a house in TN
