I voted for January and would be glad to attend. Might be a little cool to ride my m/c but I can always 4 wheel it. I can always stop by the Casino and pick up some loose change or make another payment on the hotel....

I am hoping to get it in around the 1st of Feb or end of Jan , I am going to wait and see how it goes on commitments , and then I will contact the vendors ect , I am sure Bob will make it and Tracy from Sunbrite told me they would make it last year if I did it as well , I would love to have some demos and marketing classes and a few speakers as well , I will need some help though , I want this one to be "top shelf" if I am gonna be involved , maybe some softwash demos , roof cleaning , maybe even a hood demo ? Chemicals and Equipment , Wood restoration folks !....... and more

And let me know about ammenities , for the golf guys if you want to try to get in a round , we have a new Courtyard next to a golf course (Robert Trent Jones) and its located accross the street from a new Bass Pro Shop , and tons of places to eat

I'd like a NICE hotel with nice restaurant and a nice lounge. We stayed at 4 Points Sheraton at the ACR meeting and many ended up going there a couple nights in a row and after the the RT. We all had drinks and good dinner. 4 Points was very nice and the rooms were very nice too!!!

Makes it easy to have a nice place everyone can meet after the RT

Early, mid Feb sounds great.

Russ please let us know as soon as possible. I have 2 garages to schedule for Feb. If theres something I could do to help let me know
