Hey everybody I am sorry I have not been on TGS in a couple months i had trouble logging on and I gave up after a couple trys, I was lazy.

This is absolutely going to be a great event. If you want to know whats going on, its on the 1st post. I will revise it a little more in a couple days. Ron has done a whole lot to help make this a success, he has secured some great giveaways etc etc etc . Thanks Ron

As for the Hotel room somebody made me aware of that room rate on the INTERNET. I went to them about it. When I signed up for this several months ago the rates were $120+ a night and they gave me the $85 rate. I told them after seeing the $80-$90 rate I need a lower rate, it was like pulling teeth, but i told them we needed lower or I would pull the meeting deposit or no deposit. I did get it reduced to $75 a night instead of $85, plus the meeting room free. best I could do guys & gals

We have added more meeting room space we have well over 60 registered and will take up to 70-75 people. I am cutting it off at 70 I think


Pressure X its up to you if you want to stay a 3rd night, Saturday will be the BIG day, but we also will have some other good event Sunday, but it will be a shorter day for sure. I know others are staying longer.

Rooms have to be booked by August 15th for the lower rate under JL Pressure Washing Blocked rooms

Payment needs to be the same time sent in now or before august 15th, so I know how many for the food etc.

Quick question on Myrtle Beach. The UAMCC is setting up different meetings with folks in the industry on Friday during the day. Can you suggest any place near the hotel like a quiet restaraunt or something?

For those that are arriving on Friday let us know. I am sure we can kick off the fesitivities Friday night somewhere.

When you come out of the airport a half mile is the Coastal Grand Mall on the out side area of the mall there are several restaurants right there. Logans, Texas Road house and several others. plus right down the road theres Broadway at the Beach with at least 2 dozen places.

Also Broadway at the Beach is a huge area for night life, I was just there this past weekend, had a great time all within about a mile of the hotel

I am also thinking about having people/everyone over my house friday day or night, play some horse shoes hang out and talk shop, thats a maybe, because i might be busy getting everything ready for saturday

It would be nice to have something Friday night at the local watering hole...pool tables and etc...sounds like a great idea.

During the day we have meetings scheduled for ORG related stuff with different folks that want to discuss some ideas with the UAMCC.....after that....we can meet wherever Ron.....I like it.

These are individual meetings that people have asked the UAMCC to find time to meet with them. For example we have contractor that wants to discuss with us some ideas on fundraising and etc. Others have approached us to talk about a variety of things relating to the industry

The transition team is meeting amongst ourselves to go over org stuff. There are a couple more folks but I don't have my calendar in front of me.

make sure you also register at contractor events it helps me keep track of everyone

I'll be looking for the mail, I have gotten a few payments. Please everyone pay ASAP or before august 15th. Some have registered and may not show, I would like the space for others that may not have registered yet., because I am cutting it off soon and I have to give food #'s
