Chris, I would love to here more info on the plastic swivel.I use brass for now it lasts ok as long as you rinse it. Plastic would be ideal. Call me.772-299-5949

I don't know what the plastic costs but I use the stainless super swivels on all my reels,including the chem reel. I've changed the chem swivel just recently, after 2+ years of service.

Balazs The super swivels are Not Stainless they are nickel plated. I'll be honest brass will last longer if you rinse them out.The ss stands for super swivel it is very misleading.
