Phoenix Roundtable registration information
The following is the link to the hotel that was selected for the round table. That weekend also happens to be nascar weekend, (of course it would be), but on a good note, if you are looking for something to do on Sunday, there is something to do, and so the rooms are a little more expensive at $109 a night. This does include a complimentary breakfast and free internet. At the present time I have 30 rooms set aside. Some are suites and some are single beds. The name of the group is A Mind for Detail Inc.

Registration for the event is being handled directly through me. The cost is $50 per person for contractors, distributors will need to contact Ron Musgraves for information, and includes lunch on both Friday and Saturday. We will also have a lLadmo Bag for participants. You can google it if you don't know what it is, Suffice to say it is a local Phoenix thing. We are not using Contractor Events for registration. BTW, if you want to PM me so that I know that you are coming, you are welcome to.

Scott thanks for getting the great room rate. I called and got reservations and they told me the rate was 169 / night... I then remembered to ask for the group rate and they told me 109.

LOL...I figured it would catch up with you....Ron...you worked your tail off in MB.

MB was busy for the UAMCC also...we found ourselves in meetings...either formal or informal all day and well into the night. Little fun time ~ it was a working weekend!!!

Ant, that dates ok. of course the hotels with Nascar in town could go thru the roof. Scotts got room at his house and i have a few acres in the back of the shop for a tent.

No problem, i would lock the room up and cancel it with no penalty later.

The hotel wants teh reservations by the 13th. They want to be able to release teh rooms to the nascar crowd.

The event is not in Downtown Phoenix. It is in Mesa, about 20 miles east of Phoenix. The airport is between Mesa and Phoenix.

Like I said on PWI, I can give some rides from the airport, we just need to coordinate it so that I can pick up a whole group at a time. I think that the shuttle is about $25.

Just a note. If you are planning on using the Residence Inn, you will need to make your reservations by October 13. The reason is it is reace weekend, and they do not want to risk having any vacant rooms. I could guarantee them, but I know that a lot of people are finding other accomodations. I am not wanting to stick my neck out for that.
Also, if you could send your registration fees to me as soon as possible, I will be able to start planning for how many people are actually coming. I have had a lot of verbal commitments, but have not, yet received any registration fees.
