Hot water -
Mar 5th, 08, 03:22 PM
When we do commercial concrete we downstream all of our chems.A couple of weeks ago we lost out hot water capablities when using the downstreamer.
I can apply chems then switch over to the sufae cleaner or wands and the hot water kicks back in.I adjusted the flow switch last week and had hot wtater while downstreaming, but it has stopped again. Is it time for yet another flow switch or am I missing something else? Make sure the little reed/magnet thingy(or whatever it is..lol) is not moving and is clamped down. Vibration changes worked mine loose to where just the slightest change in machine running would not let it make the circuit.

it's easier to just replace it then try to keep troubleshooting it since it is an intermittent problem. bob sells them and i believe they are less or around $20. mine busted during the winter and was a piece of cake to replace. check the reed switch as mentioned, it can move around.
