I'm new to the hood cleaning business and I'm trying to build the equipment I need. With my limited budget I don't want to buy equipment that wouldn't work for me. Does any body have any advice on a duct spinner and a scraper to remove the grease?
I've seen some online and they're very expensive (over $300). I know that I need to buy quality parts but I been reading the forums and there are some of you who have built those units(spinner) and are better than the ones being sold online.
