Help!!!! -

I'm trying to start a new 16hp Vanguard engine on a cold water unit and it won't start! Fuel tank is over half full and fuel filter in almost empty. I'm looking at Briggs manuals online but can't find any help. I'm on my driveway sipping beer and grinding my teeth. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to give me a call.

Found the problem. Thumb screw on the bottom of the fuel tank to allow fuel flow was closed down. It's always the simple stuff. See Kory, nothing wrong with the engine.
