First Roof Cleaned - Apr 29th, 08, 09:40 AM

Well, after reading and reading and reading I finally went out and did it. My first roof cleaned. Thanks to all that posted the helpful hints and tricks.

I forgot to add that this was 5906 sq. ft. and I am new to roof cleaning but Chris I think you will be proud... .35 cents per ft. I will NOT work on a roof for the chump change some of the "NEW" guys work for. I am a firm believer in charging for the service provided. Roof cleaning is DANGEROUS!!!!

It looks real good BTW
We always point out to a customer that ANY roof, rinsed or not, will look even better after a good rain or two, ESPECIALLY a white tile.

Think about getting a stabilizer for the ladder. Safer and less chance for damage to the customers property.

i noticed that too jeff. the last time i did not use a stabilizer on my ladder it slid down with me on it. sprained ankle, could have been worse. nice job guys.
