Just wanted to say thanks to Chris from Apple for all the help he has given to me. Alot of late nite calls but he got me up n running and things are looking good for the future!!! Reguardles of what other people say about him, he DOES know what he's talking about. If you are new and need to know the right way and the best way to clean a roof....call him!! I owe him alot for the help he has given to me. Someone give Chris a gold star

Gotta say I agree - did a few roofs last year (not really understanding what I was doing). Upgraded to a big roller pump unit at the beginning of this season and had a few chats with Chris. Help was invaluable - I kick butt on roofs now (no comparison between me and the "other guys" here anymore). I also increased by prices for roofs by about 50% overall and am easily able to justify it - and if they don't want to pay for the better... wait best service - fine, let some joker screw up your roof with a pressure washing instead!

I would like to add to this thread! Chris has been a wonderful help to myself and company! He has always been there for me when ever I have a question or just wanna call and shoot the pooh. I respect Chris's opinion for the fact I know he knows what he is doing and Chris has been cleaning roofs for 17 years. Chris Thanks for all your help. Hang in there with all the thread bashing!

I support Chris in the thread bashing! I am not here to start trouble, In fact I don't come here to TGS offten. But I thought I'd come take a look today. I am in SC and I can see from here that most of the bashing is from the Florida boys near Tampa. Respect each others postings for knowlage, to share or ask questions. These boards are not for advertising. Thats what the telephonebook, newspaper, and flyers are for. Threads titled Why you should hire (your company) are annoying. Where in that offers help, asks for help or shares something usefull! If your work is good you will sell yourself through word of mouth! If anything pull together and help each other out! Drive your prices back up to where they were. Its not about quantity it's all about quallity! Sorry I got off the beaten path, but I don't care much for bashing!

I am glad that outside people can SEE what is happening.
And I am even MORE suprised Bob and Beth are allowing it to happen on their boards.
It is a few local competitors, and a well known troublemaker who is STILL sore at me for some roof cleaning differences of opinion that happened some time back.
