Shingle Roof Cleaning, Celebration Florida

Here's a small but tall one we did this morning in Celebration, Florida, a neo 50's community with porches, alleys etc. This one was a smaller one that was being prepped for a foreclosure sale. The 'after' pic isn't too good. The roof was still wet and we were ready to roll.

Steven Button from CleanFast USA lives in this area and we tried to hook up, but he was in another part of town and we were done quickly....so maybe next time, Steven!

Don't ya hate it when you're the first one there and other contractors show up and get in the way???

just curious don on how you tackled this one...did you use a ladder from one roof to the other or from the ground up? i did one like this once and actually fell on the top roof. i swore i would not do another like it.

Randy not sure how Don did it, but I'd set up a 14' step ladder and shoot right over the lower roof.

We used a ladder from the first floor to the second on the right side. I'm not a fan of doing it that way, but we don't use ladders over 24' and the top story was a little higher than normal.

All and all, it was a quick job but it would've been quicker without the 3 lawn guys in the way. They even picked up our garden hose from the downspout and started watering their fresh sod at one point......That's a no-no, boyz!

You should have offered to wet down their sod for them.
