If only we had tile roofs like that here....your methods might draw me to the other side temporarily...I have recently found an area with many of them...but with quality 12% costing $4+ it would have to take some salesmanship on my behalf....then again as a teenager I was able to sell 100 customers their pictures inside plastic mugs for $10 at a local amusement park, granted it took me two 4 hour shifts but it was a heck of an upsell over the plastic little viewer.

Yep, the "Phelps Wand" for me is the most versatile spraying tool for tile roofs.

You do good work Ken! It never hurts to use the right methods and tools to accomplish your work with as little muss and fuss as possible.

Ken, was it you that animated some shots of Wayne cleaning a roof with "chem" on TCN a few years back? Do you remember the thread? I think it was Wayne-O posted a series of pics from Before to In Progress shots, to after, and then one or another of you fellas made a GIF action-sequence out of it.

Anyway, it was cool then, and I think about doing something like that every now and again.

I gotta get down your way one of these days again sometime.
