Me too Jeff, but the discovery Dan made is big, even w/o the added pleasant smell!
Actually, it is even BIGGER then he realizes.
I just came back from doing some research into what he discovered, and I about had a heart attack.
It is HIS discovery, and up to HIM to keep it his secret, or not ?
But if revealed, we could all wind up using it.

UNLIKE a lot of stuff some dump into their tank, THIS stuff really IS designed to work with our mix!

Dan reports excellent cleaning, and my research supports his conclusion.
I will be trying it real soon, next tank we make up!

Does it aid in lessening the amount of chlorine being used? Masking the smell isn't important to me but saving money is.

Jeff this is a roof I cleaned with real nasty black algae blooms on the roof - I cleaned the roof on the main part of the house and the garage with about 35 gallons of solution - used a 30/70 bleach to water solution - so I used 10.5 gallons of bleach. You be the judge. Didn't take a before photo.

Dan, try and get tied in with some realtors in your work zone. Show them what you can do for curb appeal on a property with a "diseased" roof. Chances are,.. one of the realtors themselves have this problem and would maybe like to see your work on their own roof. I work with about three different realtors within a 60 mile radius, great for regular basis work.
