First thing I noticed was the plus symbol after each price. Leaves room for unlimited cost, a good thing on their part for adding that. I was on my way to do a roof this morning and it started to rain. So here I am dressed and ready and no where to go.

Yeah, there is a 99 dollar roof cleaner here locally too.
He will clean your roof for 99 dollars IF he can charge you 500.00 for the housewash.
